SuperCart Technologies processes merchant, shopper, order, checkout, and communication data only to provide checkout, identity, analytics, recovery, and related commerce services.

We use reasonable security controls to protect data and only share data with service providers required to operate the platform, including payment, messaging, hosting, analytics, and commerce integrations.

To support faster repeat checkout and address prefill, SuperCart may use shopper checkout details collected through SuperCart-enabled stores, including phone number, name, email, address, cart, payment status, and order activity. Merchant dashboards only show data relevant to that merchant's own store.

SuperPass uses a signed browser session for up to 90 days to recognize a verified shopper across participating SuperCart stores. Storefront tokens are scoped to one merchant and do not contain the shopper's phone number or address. Shoppers can still be asked to verify again when the browser, device, security context, or session changes.

Identity login does not by itself permit promotional communication. WhatsApp or other marketing permission is collected separately for each merchant and channel, is optional, and may be withdrawn by contacting the merchant or privacy@supercart.pro.

Merchants and shoppers may contact privacy@supercart.pro to request access, correction, deletion, consent withdrawal, or export of applicable data, subject to legal and operational requirements.
