Refund Policy

SuperCart is a software platform for merchants. Subscription, setup, or service fees are generally non-refundable once access, configuration, or implementation work has started.

Any approved refund will be reviewed case by case and processed through the original payment method or another mutually agreed method.

Customer refunds for merchant orders are handled by the merchant according to that merchant's own refund policy.
