By using SuperCart, merchants agree to use the platform for lawful commerce operations and to provide accurate store, payment, and customer communication configuration.

SuperCart Technologies provides checkout software, automation, integrations, and analytics. Merchants remain responsible for their products, customer promises, taxes, fulfilment, refunds, and regulatory compliance.

When shoppers proceed through a SuperCart-powered checkout, they agree that SuperCart may process and securely store checkout details such as phone number, name, email, address, cart, payment status, and order activity to provide checkout, fraud prevention, address intelligence, analytics, recovery, and faster repeat checkout across SuperCart-enabled partner stores.

SuperPass login is an identity and checkout convenience service. It does not automatically subscribe a shopper to merchant promotions. Promotional WhatsApp or other channel consent is requested separately for each merchant.

Platform access may be suspended for misuse, security risk, non-payment, or violation of these terms.
